This course provides delegates with the information and hands on experience to work safely at heights using the relevant equipment. This course is designed for anyone who may need to work at height using fall equipment, harnesses, ladders or step-ladders.

• Undertaking a risk assessment
• Prevention of falls
• Fall arrest systems
• Safety awareness
• Safe use of ladders, step ladders and an introduction to harnesses
